I think there is yet another 'soft skill' to add to your list of 10.'Sense of Humor'...sometimes people and the job get a bit uptight and there needs to be someone who can 'lighten up' the situation or circumstances with a bit of humor.

I have been associated with Express Personnel for 6 years as an employee and I have used their services as an employer. Currently I am associated with the south Arlington, TX office. What a GREAT team! The talent that Express has for matching employers with employees is remarkable to me. I have been either hired or offered a position with EVERY company that I've been sent to. It takes a great deal of attention to detail when recognizing the talents of an associate and matching that to the needs of an employer.
I now find myself in a position to "Pay it forward" to Express Personnel and I am looking forward to doing business with you for years to come. You are truly a remarkable company!
