Personal incomes were up 0.2% in July, according to the U.S. Commerce Department, which could in part stem from businesses reinstating salary increases and other benefits that were cut or frozen in 2009. the most important a good job and interesting job

Most important to me is that I get to continue to learn new things. The things don't have to be interesting. I just enjoy learning which is something that you do everyday. I consider that to be advancement when I learn new things.
