After reading the feedback on Interviewing/3 Signs of a Good Boss, I felt intrigued. The information was accurate and to the point. I have been in a few interviews, not to mention accepting the job offer, and realized I made a bad decision because of not paying initial attention to the boss who did give off negative responses. Another thing I have learned and this is also confirmation from the article above, is that the interviewer was not concerned about me, but about the position/job and not the relationship with me, the potential employee. I would like to give an applause to this information given and hope this will help a potential employee in the future.
