How do you prepare your resume if you are entering into a new field? There are a lot of people doing career changes and entering into new markets. They are trying to gain new skills and become more marketable.

Since 2008, I lost my full-time job and have had a tough time obtaining full-time permanent work, since i have only been able to be hired as a temporary employee with various companies. The job assignments that I was sent on were all temporary, which caused me to be out of work up to 3 months in between jobs What do i do with all of the gaps and trying to get full-time permanent work?
