Career Mentor

These mentoring attributes are indeed collectively very powerful - but if I had to pick one it would be "be a good listener".

Without such a well honed skill for hearing what the mentee is and is not saying, the mentor's advice is more often than not likely to be irrelevant and poorly timed. That's not helpful and probably a massive waste of everyone's time!
